Brewer and owner Carey Jonker has been collecting medals for years: since 2022, Transmission has won four World Beer Cup medals and six GABF medals.
Four of those medals went to Transmission Light, his American-Style Light Lager. In this episode, Tim Sciascia and Carey pick apart the recipe and process behind this decorated beer. Carey also tells Tim about Clutch, Transmission’s Munich-Style Helles, which won gold at the 2024 World Beer Cup.
