Cookie Policy
Last updated: 10/19/2026
Only essential cookies run until you choose otherwise. Analytics and advertising cookies are set only after you click "Accept Cookies" on our cookie banner, and you can change your choice anytime under Your Privacy Choices.
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. We also use similar browser storage that works the same way, and we treat it the same as cookies in this policy. For how we handle personal information more broadly, see our Privacy Policy.
We group cookies into three types:
- Essential: needed for the site, cart, checkout, and login to work. These are always on.
- Analytics and advertising: help us understand how the site is used and measure our ads. These load only with your consent.
- Embedded content: set by YouTube and Spotify when their players load, which happens only with your consent.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, advertising cookies are never set, even if you click "Accept Cookies."

Embedded Content
Our videos and podcast players come from YouTube and Spotify. They load only after you click "Accept Cookies," and those services may then set their own cookies under their own privacy policies. If you choose "Only essentials," you can still listen or watch using the Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and YouTube links on each page.
Service | Examples of cookies | Their policy |
|---|---|---|
YouTube (Google) | YSC, VISITOR_INFO1_LIVE | policies.google.com/privacy |
Spotify | sp_t, sp_landing | spotify.com/legal/privacy-policy |
Your Choices
- Change your cookie choice: click Your Privacy Choices here or at the bottom of any page.
- Use Global Privacy Control: turn it on in your browser to block advertising cookies automatically.
- Use your browser settings: you can block or delete cookies, but blocking essential cookies may break the cart or checkout.
