Our brand ambassador Tim Sciascia traveled up to the Pacific Northwest to brew Herbivore, a West Coast Pilsner in collaboration with Portland's Ruse Brewing and Seattle's Human People Beer using fresh Simcoe hops from Coleman Agriculture.
